Accreditation - Accredited since 1995, Florida Presbyterian Homes (FPH) is Polk County's only community accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC), and the only fully accredited continuing care community between Tampa and Orlando.

Quality First - FPH is a participant in the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.
Certificate of Authority - FPH is authorized to offer continuing care contracts from the Department of Financial Services, Office of Insurance Regulation for the State of Florida. FPH's assisted living and health center are regulated.
Oversight - FPH's assisted living and health center are regulated. They receive regular, timely inspections by the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration.
