Our Neighborhood

Lakeland is a wonderful place to call home, and we value being part of this community. It has all the warmth and charm of a small-town, yet all the cultural, recreational, and educational amenities that a city affords. There's no shortage of nearby attractions. Lakeland is halfway between Tampa and Orlando and is conveniently located between the beaches. Whether you're spending time in Lakeland's downtown area complete with its lakefront promenade, its historic architecture, and a thriving antiques district, or heading off to nearby destinations, Lakeland is the perfect place to come home to.

Florida Presbyterian Homes (FPH) is nestled in a west-side neighborhood of Lakeland, just a short walk from the Florida Southern College and close to all the wonderful facilities in the downtown area. Our proximity means that our residents can be active in all that the city has to offer. FPH provides group transportation to churches, shopping, and nearby medical appointments. Personal transportation is available Monday through Friday.
