Lovely one-bedroom and large over sized efficiency units that are bright and well-appointed. Assisted living includes all the services listed under apartments, and also includes:
- Licensed personnel
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with medications
- Scheduled and personal transportation
- Assistance with physician appointments and escort
- Three meals a day
- Personal housekeeping, including linens, laundry and ironing
- Numerous activities including outings
- Rehabilitation services available - physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Personal shopping
- Daily activities program
- Care and repair of the buildings and grounds
- Cable and water
- All utilities
- Interior painting and decorating

Porter McGrath Health Center - For those who need more intense medical care and support services.
Porter-McGrath Health Center is a 40-bed skilled nursing facility, soon to be expanded to 48. Currently, 28 rooms are private with 6 semi-private rooms available for couples. Porter-McGrath Health Center has received the Governor's Gold Seal on two occasions. We are one of only five Skilled Nursing units in the state of Florida to receive this award twice. We are Medicare/Medicaid approved.
We provide:
- 24 hour nursing care
- Rehabilitation services available - physical, occupational and speech therapy
- Transportation
- Numerous activities including outings
- Assistance with bathing
- Assistance with medications
