Polk County’s only community accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC), and the only fully accredited continuing care community between Tampa and Orlando. Florida Presbyterian Homes was also accredited for person-centered care in 2010.
 

Received the state’s coveted Gold Seal for Excellence in Long Term Care four times, making us one of the most recognized among all the Skilled Nursing facilities in the state.
 

Received a five-star rating from The Five-Star Quality Rating System, which was created by the Federal Government to help residents, their families and caregivers compare retirement communities based on health inspection results, staffing and quality measures.
 

Earned excellent satisfaction scores in all areas of operations in our most recent annual independent resident survey. Competence, friendliness and training of staff were significantly above the national benchmarks. We are very proud of our score of 91.9 on residents having meaningful relationships with staff.

Authorized to offer continuing care contracts by the Department of Financial Services and the Office of Insurance Regulation for the State of Florida.
 

Assisted living and health center are regulated – they undergo regular, timely inspections by the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration.
 

We have a social responsibility to residents and the broader community. We sponsor residents who have outlived their assets, participate in government programs, provide learning opportunities for local schools and colleges, host community meetings and the poling precinct, and actively volunteer in the community.
